Dr. Amar Shinde · MD (Ayurveda) · Chembur, Mumbai
Breathing and allergy concerns. Individual assessment first.
Discuss allergic rhinitis, recurrent nasal congestion, sinus-related symptoms, seasonal allergies and selected chronic respiratory concerns with Dr. Amar Shinde in Chembur, Mumbai.
Review symptoms, triggers and medical history
Discuss symptom duration, triggers, allergies, existing respiratory diagnoses, medicines and inhalers, previous investigations and the effect on daily life. Recurrent symptoms may require medical or specialist assessment rather than an assumption that every episode is an allergy.
Dr. Amar Shinde, MD (Ayurveda), reviews your complaints, medical history, current medicines, diet, lifestyle and relevant medical evaluation. Nadi Parikshan and Prakruti Analysis are components of traditional Ayurvedic assessment; they do not replace appropriate medical examination, diagnostic investigations or specialist care.
Supportive care selected for you
Diet, lifestyle and supportive Ayurvedic care are considered around your symptoms, sensitivities, medicines and overall health. Nasya may be discussed when individually suitable after physician assessment, with professional guidance on preparation, precautions and aftercare. It is not a routine option during breathing difficulty or a substitute for medical assessment.
Traditional Ayurvedic explanations are not guarantees of effectiveness. No cure for asthma or allergies is promised. Do not attempt nasal instillation or other procedures without professional guidance.
Keep necessary respiratory treatment and follow-up
Continue prescribed inhalers, allergy treatment and any established medical care. Ayurvedic support does not replace an asthma action plan, prescribed rescue treatment or indicated investigations and specialist care.
Care is individualized after assessment. Do not stop or alter prescribed conventional medicines without the approval of your prescribing clinician. Follow-up considers your symptoms, tolerability and relevant medical monitoring; worsening symptoms or adverse reactions require medical assessment and referral when indicated.
Urgent breathing symptoms need medical care
Severe breathing difficulty, gasping, inability to speak normally because of breathlessness, blue or grey lips, or breathlessness with chest pain require emergency medical attention. Do not wait for an Ayurvedic session, a clinic enquiry response or a WhatsApp reply.
For non-emergency concerns, telephone or WhatsApp the clinic to discuss a consultation. The clinic confirms appointments directly; an enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
