Skin concerns deserve individual assessment.

Discuss eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and other skin concerns with Dr. Amar Shinde at Shree Vishwa Anand in Chembur, Mumbai.

Understand the skin concern

Rashes, itching, scaling and recurrent irritation can have different causes. Bring details of existing diagnoses, medicines, allergies and previous investigations. Eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis need an individual care plan; a rash should not be assumed to have a single Ayurvedic explanation.

Whole-person Ayurvedic care

Dr. Amar Shinde, MD (Ayurveda), reviews complaints, medical history, current medicines, diet and lifestyle alongside traditional Nadi Parikshan, Prakruti Analysis and Agni assessment. These traditional Ayurvedic concepts do not replace medical examination, appropriate investigations or specialist referral.

Diet, lifestyle and skin-care advice are selected around your circumstances. Traditional Ayurvedic care may be considered alongside appropriate dermatological treatment; neither a cure nor a predictable response is promised.

When procedures may be considered

The physician may discuss Virechana or Raktamokshana for selected patients within traditional Ayurvedic Pitta and Rakta assessment. Raktamokshana includes Jalaukavacharana (medicinal leech therapy) and Siravedha (therapeutic venesection). Each option is selected individually rather than offered routinely for every skin condition.

Before a procedure is selected, suitability, medicines and interactions, bleeding risk, infection prevention, consent, supervision and aftercare require assessment. Traditional rationale is not proof of disease cure. Dermatological evaluation or referral remains important where indicated.

Safety, medicines and follow-up

After individual assessment, Dr. Amar Shinde may prescribe Ayurvedic medicines that he personally prepares in the clinic's in-house pharmacy for patients under his care. These medicines are not sold commercially, through retail outlets, or outside the clinic. Medicines may be prescribed even when Panchakarma is not undertaken; medicines are optional and procedures are not mandatory. Medicine charges are separate and are explained by the clinic; no prices are published here.

Seek timely medical assessment for rapidly worsening symptoms or signs of infection. Severe reactions or breathing difficulty require emergency care; do not wait for a website enquiry response.

Follow-up is individualized to review symptoms, tolerability and relevant medical monitoring. Report adverse reactions or worsening symptoms promptly. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment; the clinic confirms appointments directly.
